These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SlabCheck mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by SlabCheck ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SlabCheck. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it current. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
SlabCheck offers a free tier with limited features (10 scans per day, 50-card collection limit, basic EV calculation). No payment is required.
Collector and Investor tiers are available as monthly or annual subscriptions. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may change for future billing periods with advance notice.
Web (Stripe) refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@slabcheck.app. Mobile refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies.

SlabCheck provides card pricing, expected value (EV) calculations, grade probability estimates, and investment signals for informational purposes only. This data is sourced from third-party APIs and public market data.
If you connect your eBay account, you authorize SlabCheck to create listings on your behalf using the card details, photos, and pricing you provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings and compliance with eBay's policies. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a buyer.
The SlabCheck name, logo, design system, and application code are our property. Pokemon, the Pokemon TCG, and all related marks are property of The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, and Creatures Inc. Card images and data are sourced from public APIs and used under their respective terms. We do not claim ownership of Pokemon intellectual property.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pricing data will be accurate or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlabCheck and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, and damages arising from grading decisions, card purchases, or sales made in reliance on information provided by the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlabCheck from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, through the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
